Quick pantry Mexican-style pizzas

    Recipe:

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    tortillas

    canned refried beans

    canned black beans

    salsa

    pickled jalapenos

    shredded cheddar

    avocado

    Warm refried beans on stovetop. Place tortillas on baking pan. Spread warmed refried beans on tortillas. Top with black beans, salsa , and jalapenos. Cover with shredded cheese. Place in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted to your preference. Top with avocado slices if you have them.

    Easy and customizable. I made this with leftover black beans and refried beans. The recipe does not use much. If you are opening a new can you will have leftovers of the beans for future meals.
