White Bread
6 cups AP flour
1 pkg or 1 tblsp yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons salt

Potato soup
4 potatoes
chicken bacon broth
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Pinch of corn starch (optional)
Handful of frozen broccoli
Milk

Sorry but we didn’t measure anything for the soup.
Cube potatoes and boil to soften, drain. Return potatoes to pot and add broth and other ingredients, simmer for like 30 minutes.

Bread
Add 2 and a half cups warm ( 115 degrees) water, sugar, and yeast to a bowl. Stir and let stand for 5 -10 minutes. Add flour and salt to large bowl and and stir. Add olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir in the flour gradually until you for m a dough. Dough should be sticky but should pull away from the sides of the bowl.
Knead dough for 20- 30 minutes
Cover Dough and rest one hour.
Divide Dough into two equal halves.
Roll out Dough into a rectangle that is roughly a foot by 9 in.
Roll up rectangle into a roll and pinch the seams.
Let loaves rest for an hour
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
