Made using the Wok’s recipe as my general guideline. Went with white onion, red bell pepper, serrano as my aromatics. Sauce was per recipe. Thai Basil from my wife’s garden.
Cooked on my Weber with B&B log charcoal in a vortex ring.
My plating, as always, needs work. But this was probably the first Thai recipe I’ve ever made that I think I could describe as “yeah, a reasonably decent Thai place could’ve made this”.
