Beef dip with shredded chuck roast.

    Chuck roast was scored, salted, and seared hard to get a good crust, rubbed liberally with Dijon mustard and a packet of dry french onion soup mix. Tossed into the pressure cooker with a copped sweet onion, a cup of beef broth, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and some smoked paprika. Cooked it for an hour while I made the Au jus, carmy onions and fries.

    Shredded beef and onions were piled onto the French bread, topped with smoked provolone cheese and broiled till the cheese started to brown.
