Made Jjimdak using chicken thighs in the fridge. I will remember to put A LOT more veggies next time, but it was delicious still. Especially, using korean chilies (cheong yang gochu) was a perfect idea. Mmmwa!

    Does anyone know if Cheongyang peppers are available outside of SK, I’ve never seen them for sale in a grocery store? Or do they go by another name in the US?
