**Ingredients:** 3.) Super Thick Pork Chop 2.) Brine to marinade pork chop: 60 grams Salt 300 grams water SiChuan Peppers Bay Leaves Herbs/Spices (Rosemary, etc)
**Instructions:** 1.) Mix all ingredients for brine together. 2.) Add pork to brine in a ziplock bag. 3.) Marinade in fridge overnight at LEAST 4.) After marinate, remove and pan sear for 15-20 minutes depending on your level of preference for done-ness!

sounds good. with 60 g salt in brine tho I’m guessing you really wouldn’t want to use brine after for a gravy of sorts. maybe you could use part of it tho.
i mean, if you would have used like Italian dressing as a brine (even if you threw in a few other things for flavor) like i would have done, then you could take marinade juice and cook it good and make a tasty gravy of some sort … but i don’t think you would want to turn 60g of salt into a gravy
