    00 Flour, apid yeast, ‘raw’ crushed tomato sauce, ripened jalapeños from our garden, roasted/peeled/diced hot hatch chilies. 8 minutes on medium burner, topped, then finished in the oven on top rack with broil on high. Just enough burn, no hot sauce required.
