I have a fairly large heart-shaped potato. What’s something delicious I could make without cutting it up?

Boil with a beet and then bake for a blood red heart baked potato

I’d peel then slice lengthwise to preserve the shape and fry up some fancy breakfast potatoes. Make it purdy with some greens, maybe arugula, and slices of tomato.
If you’re serious about no cutting then I think your only real option is to bake it whole, maybe English jacket style. But you’ll still have to cut and smoosh it to eat it, whereas with the above you (or your lucky recipient) would be enjoying the fun shape until the end.
