I’ve heard rumors that Kirkland pellets are the same as PitBoss competition blend. Well this is them side by side and look basically identical. Anyone know for sure one way or another if they are the same?

The way you store them matters
No pellet, once absorbed with moisture is worth a darn.

How are the Pit Boss pellets? I use Bear Mountain for smoking meat but my pizza oven was fucking blowing through those like nothing so I got a 40lb bag of Pit Boss for $15 at Lowe’s.

It’s not a rumor, it’s written on the bag.

I’ve had issues with these pellets on my Weber SmokeFire. The hopper gets jammed. I suspect it has something to do with the number of longer pellets like we see in the pics here. I don’t have the same issue with other pellet brands. But in Costco’s defense, these pellets never caused an issue with my traeger I had before I got the Weber.
