  2. Looks great and simple.
    Making this (actually, I have steelhead trout, but I expect the result will be similar) tonight, maybe some seasoned rice and some grilled asparagus.
    And some roasted grape tomatoes.
    I noticed the use of parchment paper instead of foil. Smart.
