  1. It hurts my soul a little when I buy an apple dish and it's a sugary mess of pastry that just happens to also have apple in it… Like, I'm here to taste the apple, not the sugar. I swear, some people with an uncontrollable sweet tooth shouldn't be bakers.

  3. So good. Made it for 2nd time in 10 days. Honey Crisp both times. I used apple cider. I had lemons I just wasn’t thinking ??? Lol.
