Their beef fat fries with the beet ketchup are amazing. I don’t generally eat beef for health reasons, so I haven’t tried the burger, but I have had a ton of other items from the menu and it’s all great. I really like the nilgai lettuce wraps and the cemita ahogada (wasn’t on the menu last time I was there).

I had one a couple of months ago and it was dry. I’ve heard it was so good and our table has 5 burgers that no one thought it was even remotely worth it.
