Mexican smoked corn dip… like 10$ to make if you have none of the ingredients
• Two packages of 12 oz corn
• To sticks of crème cheese
• 16 oz pepperjack
• tajin
• Cotija cheese
• One tbs of minced garlic (or how ever much you want)
• Cilantro
•Smoke for 30 minutes then stir, then smoke for another 30 minutes. Temp should be 300*
• and tajin on top and cotija cheese.
