Maybe I’m just thick, but my understanding of fats on nutritional info was that ‘Fat’ was the total amount, with ‘Sat. Fat’ being the amount of that which is saturated fats. Even if it’s not, I have never seen saturated fats be higher than fats. The recipe is veggie burgers with salad and potato wedges. They want a whole tbsp oil in the salad dressing and a big pile of cheese on the burgers, but even so, almost 60g of saturated fats per portion is absolutely insane. 35g would be pretty bag on its own, if we assumed they were printed the wrong way around!
