Also, these usually get bigger right? I mean most of a nice red color so I don’t think they are but I wasn’t sure if I was crazy and thinking of something else.
I was looking into making a “Prik Nam Pla” sauce but that’s only gonna be good for a few days. Then again I might only have enough for that. Never really cooked with these though.
