What’s your favorite type of 전 aka korean pancake?
My personal favorite is 부추(chives) and kimchi is a close 2nd.

Kimchi & seafood 전 hands down.

Seafood like octopus/squid/shrimp. With the dipping sauce of course. Served hot enough to burn your mouth.
There’s a place in Songpa I went to that specialized in all kinds of jeon and anju, not expensive but so good and everything tastes amazing. Hoping I can go again soon.

My favorite Korean place makes one with lion’s mane mushroom and scallions, and it’s absolutely wonderful. I could eat that every day forever. It’s quite crunchy compared to most I’ve seen / had — I think they’re shallow fried

Pajeon (green onion)

Potato or cabbage. 배추전 is massively underrated, especially if it’s made with 메밀.
What can I say, my heart is in 강원도.

Tied between napa cabbage and chive.
