What do you set the oven on?
I am going to make these next week, never made stuffed mushrooms, almost everything else italian, maybe because my mother never made them, always stuffed artichokes, so will see what happens. ๐ฎ

As an Italian I can honestly say e buonissimo !! Milk added to the meatballs is the only way to have soft succulent meatballs and the mutti passata is the best closest to homemade passata !!! Grazie mille Andy ๐

Use a small ice cream scoop to put filling on the mushrooms. It will be easier
