This is the second time im making these sweet potato fries. THEY ARE AMAZING. When i eat sweet potato fries in restaurants or from the grocery store they are very weird tasting and soggy, but these sweet potato fries are extremly delicious and crispy.
Instead of the saffron mayo aioli , I use sriracha mayo! Also extremly delicious
Years ago on a hot summer afternoon, my ex's father and myself popped into this bar we had never been to before. We both ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. The food was excellent and this video got me remembering that day. Thank you for that!!

Hi mine got burned in the first 25 minutes (220 Celsius) any advice?
Followed recipe exactly, baked until they were nicely browned/charred but they still weren’t crispy. I may need to lower the temp and bake them longer? Still searching. Seasonings were good though.

Could I use a baking tray fitted with a rack? I wonder if this would allow me to cook them without having to flip.
