  1. I know feta cheese is readily available at the market, but please discuss some of the other Greek cheeses.

  2. Bravo Dimitra.

  3. Have everything except the pine nuts. For once I can say, "I'll make this tonight "!

  4. That is not just a great salad, but a fantastic topping as well indeed! That on a burger or in a wrap must be amazing.

  5. What a wonderful “hack” for skinning the roasted peppers. I’ve been roasting peppers for ever and always have some on hand in the fridge but I didn’t know about your trick. I just love your recipes and teaching methods. You always make everything sound doable and inviting. I should mention that I am 67 years old, and I’ve been a home cook since I was 15. Living in Melbourne Australia, there’s a huge time difference between our countries, but I never miss an episode. Here it’s winter of course but your wonderful salad is fabulous all year round. Add some wonderful crusty bread and you have a feast. The added beauty is that most of us would have the ingredients handy at home. Thank you for all your hard work, positive attitude and bright personality.

  6. Love to watch how you enjoy tasting whatever it is you’ve prepared – made with lots of love and attention

  7. Thank you for having an electric oven and stove top! I am an apartment dweller and haven't had access to a gas stove in years.
It's great to be able to replicate your wonderful dishes with accessible ingredients and tools. Thank you!

  8. I have a question – what is the Costco price for pine nuts in your area? A small Costco bag here in Canada costs $45 now so it’s not an item for a budget. Could you use something like roasted pistachios as a substitute?

  9. Hello my friend thank you for sharing your delicious recipe with us today I love peppers and feta cheese and a loaf of bread hot ha ha thank you my friend for sharing enjoy your family and God bless🙏😋💕🌏

  10. This recipe has been a favourite of my family for a very long time . But I use whole olives , I find their flavour more potent . And I don’t always add pine nuts .

  11. Made today and very nice. Next time I won’t use the top shelf in oven however, the peppers got charred in the centres before becoming fully soft around the edges which made peeling difficult. Also included some eggplant.
