Cronuts are a mix between a croissant and a doughnut/donut, and are the most gorgeous sweet treats that have been taking over Manhattan and London over the last couple of months! Dominique Ansel may have started them, but we’ve shared with you a recipe courtesy of Edd Kimber to bring them to you guys!

can someone explain me if the first 2 hours of reast are on freasor!!
My sister and I want to try these, but I think we'll roll the dough into a rectangle and cut 3" square doussaints to avoid waist and re-rolling, like beniets😘

I am making this today, my dough is back in the fridge now for the 12 hour fermentation. I hope this really goes well tomorow. Now does anyone know if we could reroll this dough after the cutting? Cuz I'm pretty certain I'll have lots of scraps after cutting it into donut shapes. I have a feeling tnis could not be rerolled, I just wanna confirm it. Lol Will update this tomorrow if you all are interested to know how they turn out.
