Apparently this is more sandwich than burgers – got booted from r/burgers. Halloumi and portobello mushroom on milk bun.

So sorry if I don’t belong here but apparently this isn’t a burger lol, in nz we would just call it that because it is in a bun. Homemade milk bun, sautéed portobello mushrooms, grilled cyrpiot halloumi, pickled red onion and chilli tomato relish.
