  1. Natasha! Greetings from Ukrainians in NY! My family loves your channel and you delicious recipes!

  2. This reminds me of a cold bulgarian soup, tarator. It's the same thing but Bulgarians put in water so the yogurt is more soupy like, there's red wine vinegar instead of lemon, a SHIT TON of garlic, also there's more than one cucumber/small bush of dill.

  3. Hey Natasha. Can I use other yogurt or not…I'm looking forward to trying this cucumber dip out, looks so yummy.

  4. Tried it today. Awesome. I didn't have Greek yogurt so went with the sour curd (doi in Bangladesh).

  5. What happened to the triple pylon saucer? 😂 because of that i just seen 2 greek twister twirls i promise i didnt see anything else 😂

  6. One small correction, as far as the original recipe is concerned: white wine vinegar and not lemon juice. Generally speaking, details and quality of ingredients make the difference. Use full-fat, strained, super creamy, Greek yogurt, extra virgin, Greek olive oil, top-quality white wine vinegar, real cucumbers (and not the ones from the greenhouse that taste like cardboard paper). Moreover, do not forget the dill and personally I would suggest more garlic than less or no garlic at all (the latter is no tzatziki), provided that you don't intend to kiss somebody afterwards (if you do, make them eat tzatziki as well, so you won't have to worry about your breath)…

  7. Way too much garlic, grate the cucumber and use white wine vinegar instead of lemon juice.

  8. First started eating this in college at the Greek restaurant downtown. I just finished making my first batch and I'm 60. How could I have waited this long????????
