I LURV shrimp and garlic and this dish just looks SO delicious! BUT, why do you keep the tails on when you cook them as you immediately take them off before eating?

Made this today, 10/10.
1. Olive oil in skillet high heat
2. Put shrimp in
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper
4. Shrimp halfway cooked add garlic
5. Cook garlic for a minute
6. Add in lemon juice
7. Add in 1 nub of butter
8. Add in half of the parsley
9. When 1st nub of butter is melted, turn heat down to low
10. Toss in the rest of the butter
Garnish with the rest of the parsley. Serve with rice or pasta.
