Ingredients:

4 Cans of Tuna in Water (20oz.)
3/4 Cup Celery, Small Diced
1/4 Cup Onion, Small Diced
4 Teaspoons Fresh Dill, Chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons Lemon or Lime Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise *Optional: You can add as little or as much as you want
Salt, To Taste
Ground Black Pepper, To Taste

Directions:

1. Drain the tuna in a food strainer and squeeze out all of the excess water. Transfer tuna to a large bowl and flake with a fork. Add the celery, onion, dill, lemon juice, and mayonnaise and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

  2. Excellent recipe. I usually make mine with mayo, eggs, ketchup, a dab of hot sauce, cup of coffee, tiny bit of whiskey and yorkshire tea and lasty a dash of virgin serum. Delicious every time. πŸ˜‹ 🀀

  3. The true trick is to cover and refrigerate overnight for the flavor to mesh.

    I add a splash of Tabasco, too.
