I add a couple drops to increase the heat of any dishes. A little goes a long way. Many other hot sauces add more salt and acid than heat. This one adds more heat than most.

I put it on eggs for breakfast, mac ‘n’ cheese, chicken tetrazzini, and more. It’s also great to add a couple of drops to bump up the spiciness of something not quite as hot, like a habanero or red Tabasco sauce.

It’s supposed to be 30,000 SHU. I love that sauce. It’s may not be Uber hot but it has that wonderful Tabasco flavor.

Nothing, I thought it was too hot. I can’t use enough to enjoy the flavor without overheating the food. Regular tabasco is much more balanced.

Nothing. Ever since I noticed a prominent sweet flavor that tastes like cheap, pink bubblegum, I couldn’t untaste that part of it.
