My veggie garden is really producing right about this time of year so I was able to use entirely vegetables from the garden in this sandwich.
Veggie cream cheese made at home with red pepper, Carrots and green onions. Lox (which I did not grow in my garden), fresh garden tomatoes, red onion, and a fresh cut micro greens.
It’s a shitty store-bought bagel but toasted up with all the toppings was damn good.

It’s not as fresh but you just got me on my way to spend $15 at Einstein Bros for a Nova lox brunch bagel.
