I’m not much of a cook but I decided to attempt barbecue pulled pork. 3lbs of pork shoulder seasoned with salt and pepper, 3 garlic cloves, some yellow onions with a can of Dr Pepper in the crock pot for 8 hours. When it’s done I will shred and add barbecue sauce. Does this sound/look about right?
