I made the Penne Rústica with a Kick but gave it my own little zhuzh. I added shrimp with garlic & onion, about a cup of chopped spinach & another whole tomato (all seasoned, of course!) both in the mix & to top with. Also used all of the zest of a LARGE lemon I had lol.

My partner’s is the one with more Parmesan & mine has a lil more veg. I personally didn’t need the last dab of butter they suggested, but partner loved it. I feel like you could make this with cauliflower rice or spaghetti squash & it still be delicious! 10/10!
