This was my mother’s favorite dish. This is an in depth recipe video on how to make Lebanese Sayadiyi.

RICE
2 cup of rice.
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 tbsp oil
2 1/2 and cups of water
salt to taste.

FISH
2 lb tilapia (filets)
1cup of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon crushed pepper
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1/2 tablespoon white pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
Fry in your choice of oil until fully cooked and golden

TAHINI SAUCE
1cup tahini
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1 cup water (add little by little)
1 Tsp salt
1 clove of garlic

ONION TOPPING
3 large onions Julian cut and fried until golden brown
