  1. Lambs quarters, a very common weed, is a great substitute for spinach. It's more nutritious too.I'm going out to pick some and make this dish!

  7. I’v meant to mention this on a number of occasions ! Why do ORIENTAL PEOPLE SLURP SOME FOODS AND not Blow to cool !? When you blow your breath on hot 🥵 food , your breath is already hot , hence 🥶 winter time you blow hot breath on Cold hands 🙌 ! BUT when you Slurp you inhale cold/cool outside air at fast 💨 rate of speed across your 🍜 noodles , rice 🍚 , ETC . , , , ! Thereby Cooling the hot food and creating a cold gap between the food 🍲 and your mouth !!! You’re welcome 😉 😅

  10. Just in case no one knows yet, but on Chef’s website in his recipes, there are options to choose if you need to double and sometimes triple a recipe. No more calculating and wondering if the recipe would work. You don’t even know what a relief that is, it makes me happy!

  13. OK I am confused. I know Chef says cheddar cheese but that seems pretty pail for cheddar so are we talking a white cheddar here?
