    I suspect it’s tempura crunchies, kewpie mayo, and unagi sauce.

    Though it could be vomit. I’m not sure.

    Fried tempura scraps, or maybe fried shallots? And a lot of kewpie Mayo. Looks like a mess but ugly delicious. Sushi should be prettier though.

    Looks like a shrimp tempura center based on the tail piece I see, tempura flakes, Japanese Mayo, eel sauce
