First time making jjajangmyeon (besides the instant noodles) and it was amazing! The black bean paste was a struggle to find but going to 3 different stores, just to use Amazon, was worth it! Probably my favorite Korean food, and not very hard to make.
(Yes, the radish was for kimbap. Yes, it still tasted good.)
