most days i have coffee for breakfast and eat two meals with snacks. lunch was this asian salmon salad for (550 cal). dinner was half of that container of chickpea salad (463 cals) and half of a pita (80 cals) (543 total).

snacks were:

this rice noodle soup with a couple sheets of seaweed and additional seasoning (190 cal)

smart food individual popcorn bag (100 cal)

im currently deciding if i want to have a chobani flip for dessert (160 cal) or some of the truvia chocolate covered strawberries.

this was a very easy day. i have loosely counted calories and tried not to gain weight this summer so im slowly introducing myself back into eating less but in filling ways like this. i know people typically equate satiating foods with protein or carbs but i find the more flavors and herbs the less food i need.
