  1. Why mascarpone ….you are not making tiramisu…..what happened to the tomato….why veggie stock and not fish stock…..awful version of risotto alla Pescatora….I am from Sicily by the way…..Italiani Greci una faccia una razza!!

  2. It's lovely to see Greece behind you there in the background Akis! There is something so relaxing about cooking and breathing in that ocean air 🙂 I agree the key to a good seafood risotto is not to overcook the seafood as that totally takes the flavour. I always use mascarpone in my seafood risotto too … I love parmasan but it can overpower the flavour of the seafood. I can't wait to make this when I get home from work tonight. Risotto is one of the best summer dishes 😎😎😎

  7. Ακη θα το φτιάξω αύριο (λόγω 25ης Μαρτίου)αλλά αντί για ρυζι για ρυζότο, θα βάλω μακρύκοκο ρύζι γιατί τις προάλλες είχε περισσέψει και δεν μπορούσα να το ζεστάνω να το φάμε το βράδυ, αλλά με το μακρύκοκο νομίζω ότι θα είναι οκ….

  8. This guy is probably making fun of us. He absolutely has no idea how to cook risotto alla pescatore. I am an Italian chef from Napoli and no sane person in the right frame of their mind would add mascarpone cheese in a seafood dish like this. One does not add rosemary so late and one does not put so much vegetable and onion with such little rice. Also, he burned most of it. In case, he is serious and actually made this for someone to eat…it would taste guey, smokey and bitter. The shrimps would be hard and the picky rosemary would stick in your teeth. Go do some secretarial desk job mate. Cooking is not your thing.
