I made the pesto with jalapeno, basil, parmesan, garlic, toasted pine nuts, and olive oil. Marinated the chicken breast in Dijon mustard with lemon juice and cayenne and then grilled it up for some smokey flavor. Served on a sourdough roll with thick cut bacon, aged swiss, avocado, spinach, tomato and red onion. Probably would have been better on ciabatta but this was what Safeway had.
