  6. Tried your recipe in a roasting pan in the oven as we were at the cottage making Maple Syrup and the Weber kettle was buried in the basement with summer toys. Followed the recipe exactly even used fresh maple syrup produced that day and the chops turned out amazing. Very tender and tasty. Can’t wait to try them on the Weber.
