VALENTINE’S CAPRESE SKEWERS

Hello everyone! If you see heart-shaped mozzarella in the store, make this simple appetizer for Valentine’s Day or just for a romantic dinner 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

10 ps heart mozzarella
10 ps cherry tomato
basil leaves
Italian seasoning
salt
balsamic cream

COOKING METHOD:

1. Dip mozzarella in Italian seasoning and salt.
2. String mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomato on a skewer.
3. Drizzle with balsamic cream.
