  5. Why work so hard on emulsifying the butter in your beer blanc if you’re going to split the sauce by pouring it in a hot pan and then under the broiler? Might as well just throw all the sauce ingredients in together at once.

  6. I just discovered Sohla a couple of days ago, but I'm hooked. I've been binge watching her videos, and saving a lot to my "Yumms" playlist. 😋 I will definitely be trying this one! If she reads these (this one is 3 years old, so I won't get too hopeful)
    but I wonder if she has a really good recipe for a Shrimp Po' Boy. I had one 8 years ago that was AWESOME and no matter how I try, I can't get close. Crossing my fingers.
