I’ve ordered the beef tenderloin before, and they were small round steaks, not long ones like this. It looks like the bavette steak to me, which I don’t really like. Is this just a different cut of tenderloin?

    that totally could be tenderloin, definitely an inconvenient cut if it is and not as tender as the round part.
