Is this beef tenderloin? The package says it is, but it looks more like the bavette steak to me.
I’ve ordered the beef tenderloin before, and they were small round steaks, not long ones like this. It looks like the bavette steak to me, which I don’t really like. Is this just a different cut of tenderloin?

that totally could be tenderloin, definitely an inconvenient cut if it is and not as tender as the round part.
