New here. I got some scotch bonnets today. What should I do with them?

I’d make a Jerk marinade, or make a slit and add it to a creamy soup.

I like to make some rice, fry up some ground beef, chop up the peppers, and fry them all up with salt & pepper and whatever seasoning I’m in the mood to use like soy sauce or a smokey pepper seasoning. I know it sounds like a pretty simple dish, but when that craving hits it’s so damn good. It’s also pretty versatile.

I just made salsa with mine yesterday. Came out great and it’s a super simple recipe

I’ve been making this Jerk Chicken recipe once a month for the past 10 years. It was originally in the Gourmet Magazine yellow cookbook. I love it so much, I make it every year for my birthday meal. You don’t need the papaya salsa, but I do pair it with a nice jamaican cabbage salad.

Real talk though, not much you’re gonna be able to do with 3 of them unless you’re combining them into a sauce or something with some jalapenos.
