  1. I LOVE this dish — especially on holidays cause you can make it ahead of time but girl you should have scraped the rest of those crispy hash browns out of the skillet THAT'S THE BEST PART OF HASH BROWNS! 😋

  2. Been making mine in two pans one for hashbrowns and the other is for the sausage and mushrooms or even sub spam for sausage. Maybe can of tomatoes with the mushrooms and when the browns are close to done you mix everything and cover with cheese and turn off the heat and wait about 2 mins. But yours looks yummy too so me going to give it a whirl too.

  3. Hey from South Alabama. My Goodness… Finally found a true Southern cook. That other famous cook "ya'll" watch can't hold a candle to this one. Awesome job…

  4. I love Pampered Chef. Yiu should try making all the breakfast fixings, roll out some bread dough, put all the cooked eggs, potatoes, and sausage on the bread dough, roll it up into a roll, pinch the sides off a bit and bake it till the bread is done. Then slice it. It's great to do when you have company. Yes we love food too. 😄. My husband is a really good cook. He made a breakfast quiche one time, it was amazing too.
