    Thank you very much for posting your videos.
    I'm a man who's not that versed in the kitchen and I'm dying for Algerian cuisine. This KESRA looks amazing. Is there any way you could post the recipe with more details (USA mesurments: Cups,Tbsp, tsp, etc…) and directions how to prepare it like yours ( time of kneading, Time for the dough to rest, approximatly the thickness of the flatened dough and time of cooking per side so, it doesnt burn.
    I tried to guess the mesurements ( I didnt know how many Cups of semolina were in that Bowl)
    My kesra came out Dry, too thin and hard. I'm sure I guessed wrong somewhere ๐Ÿ™‚
    From an idiot in the kitchen! LOL
