


Hello! I’m trying to learn to make macarons and have gotten pretty good. I’m fighting with a cheap oven (we’re renting so I can’t replace it). I put two pizza stones on the bottom rack of my oven to try to even put the temperature. But my macs keep starting out nice and round and bake lopsided. Half of the foot is really pretty and half stays stuck to the sheet. They’re nice and full so I don’t think I’m under or over mixing. Any ideas?
