  3. I like this a lot! I’ve made it twice, once without the Tarragon and once with it. If you don’t like the taste of liquorish like me don’t add the Tarragon!

  5. I made it tonight on Sara Lee 45 calorie Delightful bread. Tomorrow I'll have it for lunch on Romaine lettuce. It's delicious! This is how Jason's Deli makes it, but this is even better, fresher and you can have as much as you want, lol! I didn't have any Tarragon nor almonds, I used walnuts instead.

  6. I am cook at a senior living home. I made this recipe for the residents the other night. It was excellent. I was nervous that poaching the chicken with onion and parsley would make it taste like chicken soup, but it gave the chicken this great rich flavor.

  8. Looks perfect for a chicken salad sandwich. Seems like it would be very low calorie high protein too with the substitution of low fat mayo and leaving out the almonds! Either way, looks great! Gonna make this today

  9. I like a little sweet. I'm thinking of making this with half mayo and half poppy seed dressing, which I love. I'll let you know if it turned out.,☺👍

  10. I used a rotisserie chicken. Just pulled the skin off and shredded it. Not a fan of mayo so I used plain greek yogurt mixed with Skinny Girl Poppy Seed dressing. Didn't have any almonds but I had walnuts, so in they went. Also diced and added a crispy apple. And you were so right about the tarragon. So delicious.

  13. Looks good! I'd either add pecans or replace the almonds with pecans. LOVE pecans in chicken salad sandwiches.
