Hi ! Making a huge pot of tomato sauce takes all day! I’ve been freezing it, but now my freezer is full, so I’d like to can my remaining tomatoes.

My question is, can I make tomato sauce today, refrigerate it, and then can the sauce tomorrow?

    You can make it today but will have to reheat it to the boil tomorrow and use hot pack, you can’t cold pack tomatoes. Maybe if they were pickled?
