
Forgot to add the leftover beef that I cooked for dinner yesterday 😂 but added it when I remembered. We don’t have any eggs right now, but that would have been a delicious addition. Also didn’t have any sesame oil for the sauce so extra seeds.
I used fresh garden veggies from my mom and dad’s backyard garden! Sweet peppers, carrots, cucumber and zucchini! Also green cabbage from the store 😋 but I was surprised at how delicious a veggie bibimbap is, the sauce makes the fried veggies and rice taste amazing 😍
