
After living in SE Asia for a while, I learned that the Wok is such a great way to make a fresh, fast plant-based meal every night. I personally meal prep my lunches, but it’s nice to make something fresh and new if I have 20-30 minutes to spare in the evening. I found this resource on this subreddit buried in some comments, and I wanted to share it as a post!

This YouTube page is the coolest thing ever. He shows you advice, technique, and most importantly how to start template cooking using the Wok. He also shows methods to use no added oil.
