Decided to make Sunday count and prepped 9 meals (10 if you count today’s dinner as well).

I separate proteins from veggies and carbs to mix and match throughout the week and to add any condiment or sauce as to not get bored.

The lasagna and hake only took the photo after removing from container.

3x Tuna Lasagna
1x Hake with Tomato and Beans Rice
2x Salmon
1x Cod
2x Kebab-Like Chicken
1x Chicken

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    “Recipes” / Ingredient List:

    Blanched Carrots and Brocolli.

    Chicken, Cod and Salmon with just salt

    Kebab-like Chicken: mixed with salt, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, pepper and garlic

    Veggie assortment: roasted with salt and olive oil

    White rice: short grain rice in the rice cooker with Kombu slice.

    Hake with tomato rice: basmati rice is cooked in a carrot, onion and garlic sofritto, tomato paste and then a mix of chicken stock, tomato passata and red beans.

    tuna lasanha: sautéed garlic, leek, onion. Added tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper and then mixed in canned tuna. Layered with fresh lasagna sheets and topped with fresh light mozzarella and ricotta.

    Sorry I don’t have measurements and times as I was doing everything on the fly 🙂
