Hi all,
Starting to explore cooking with more fresh peppers and stuff. Quick question…had a bunch of shishito peppers and Korean hot green peppers (mild). The seeds of these I usually encounter as white colored, but a bunch of them in the batch I purchased are a brownish color. Is this indicative of anything or a normal variation? Some of the peppers will have all the seeds this brown color.

I’ve bought jalapenos that had brown coloration on the seeds before. I ate them anyways and assumed it was oxidation.
