This is the confirmation photo/message sent to me from Veho on the day I finally got my box a whole day late. My box was badly damaged along with the contents of one of the meals (I already reported to customer service and I received a partial refund).

Look at the dents in the surrounding boxes. Crazy. I adjusted my delivery day just to use UPS rather than Veho. Maybe Veho works well for some people, but not for me

To clarify: I’ve been using and loving HF for two years. I’ve only had like two or three minor complaints the entire time. When I’ve complained, they make it right with a refund and are very polite.
